This is a blog about the making of a story as part of the Out on A Limb on-line storytelling project that took place in The Wirral during the Spring and Summer of 2010.
Here's a little souveneir I took of my trip to Rock Park... hope no-one saw me take a sneaky cutting!!
I have put it in some soil and I hope it will grow and be a lasting reminder of the workshops and this project. I would give everybody cuttings of it. You never know!
That plant is called Vinca major I believe. It is low growing cushion effect and is very hardy. There is also vinca minor, but thats a smaller version. Reads well Margaret keep it coming.
My name is Margaret and I am a short story writer and avid reader. I come from Scotland but I have lived in the Wirral for 35 years. I live with my daughter and my grand-daughter.
Hi Margaret,
ReplyDeleteI would love a cutting from your plant once it's grown. Would that be classed as receiving stolen goods though!!
